Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the connector from the throttle position sensor.
2. Take out two screws and washers holding the sensor to the engine.
3. Remove the throttle position sensor.

INSTALLATION

1. Place the throtfie position sensor in position.
2. Install two screws and two washers to hold the sensor in place.

Tighten screws to 14 - 20 lb in (1.6 - 2.3 Nm)   

3. Reconnect the connector to the sensor.
