Control Arm: Service and Repair
Front

Lower Control Arm

1. Raise and support front of vehicle.
2. Remove front wheels.
3. Remove stabilizer bar.
4. Disconnect driveshaft from front differential.

5. Remove drop link nut, Fig. 8.
6. Remove both halves of strut front fork.
7. Remove cotter pin and castle nut from lower control arm ball joint.
