Install the cooler line flare nuts to the transmission cooler line fittings. Torque the flare nuts to specification.
Tightening Torque: 29 lb./ft.
* NOTICE
It may be necessary to move the cooler lines in the support clamps to attach the cooler line flare nuts to the transmission cooler fittings.
12.
FOR 4WHEEL DRIVE (4WD) vehicles, rotate the cooler line flexible hose clamps downward (6 o'clock position) to ensure proper clearance
between the cooler line flexible hose clamp and the front drive shaft.
13.
Tighten the two (2) cooler line support clamp nuts. Torque the nuts to specification.
Tightening Torque: 50 lb./ft.
14.
Attach the radiator cooler hoses to the cooler lines then tighten the hose clamps.
