Wiper Motor: Service and Repair
Rear

NOTE: On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove rear wiper arm nut cover, wiper arm nut and wiper arm.
3. Remove trim from inside rear door to gain access to rear wiper motor.
4. Disconnect wiper motor harness connector.
5. Remove three mounting bolts and the wiper motor from rear door.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Torque mounting bolts to 75 inch lbs.
7. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
