Fuel Door Release Cable: Service and Repair
REPLACEMENT
FUEL FILLER DOOR RELEASE CABLE REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the following items:
A. Front seat.
B. Rear seat.
C. Front/rear door scuff trim LH.
D. Center pillar lower trim.
E. Luggage side trim.
F. Fuel fill door release handle.
2. Disconnect the fuel filler door release cable from the release handle.
3. Remove the release cable (A) from the clip, and disconnect the fuel filler door catch (B), then remove the fuel filler door cable from the vehicle.
NOTE:
Make sure the fuel fill door opens properly and locks.
