Install the fan assembly to the pulley mount after positioning fan inside the shroud. Be careful not to damage the radiator fins.
a)
Torque the nuts to 68~100 inch lbs. (7.7~11.4 Nm).
b)
Install the fan shroud, torque the bolts to 72 inch lbs. (8.1 Nm).
c)
Install the air intake duct, install and tighten hose clamp; install and torque bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
7.
Install campaign completion label.
