Driver's door:
Rotate COUNTERCLOCKWISE.

Passenger door: Rotate CLOCKWISE.

Slowly rotate the square portion of the Contact Switch in the opposite direction one quarter (1/4) turn.
3. Install the Front Door Lock Cylinder Contact Switch with the Switch Wire harness facing towards the rear of the vehicle.
4. Verify that the Theft Deterrent System is operating correctly by:

Closing all doors, the hood, and the rear hatch.

Locking either front door using the key and confirming that the horn makes one quick sound, indicating the Theft Deterrent System is
activated.
5. Disconnect the Front Door Lock Cylinder Contact Switch Harness Connector from the vehicle harness connector, then route the Contact Switch
harness behind the door glass channel.
