6. Peel off the plastic door screen carefully by pulling it away gradually from the door frame.
7. Disconnect the outside door handle rod of the door lock assembly from the outside door handle.
8. Disconnect the lock cylinder rod of the door lock assembly from the door lock cylinder of the door handle.
9. Remove two mounting nuts on the outside door handle.
10. Remove the outside door handle.
Installation
1. Position the outside door handle.
2. Install two mounting nuts.
Tighten the two mounting nuts to 97 lb-in (11 N.m).
3. Connect the door lock cylinder rod of the door lock assembly to the door lock cylinder of the door handle.
4. Connect the outside door handle rod of the door lock assembly to the outside door handle.
5. Install the plastic door screen.
a. Fasten the plastic door screen.
b. Pull out the electrical harness connector from the plastic door screen.
