Seat Belt Reminder Lamp: Description and Operation
Seat Belt Warning
The "BELTS" warning lamp comes on and an audio warning is given when the ignition switch is in the "ON" position with either the front door open
and/or the driver's seat belt not fastened. The warning lamp goes out when the driver's seat belt is fastened or within 60 to 90 seconds, whichever occurs
first.
