2. Position the upper control arm to the frame brackets, insert the spindles and hand tighten the spindle nuts.
3. Install the upper control arm ball joint link into the top of the steering knuckle and tighten the side bolt and nut.
Tighten the bolt and nut to 36 ft. lbs. (48 Nm).
4. Install the upper arm spindles to the upper control arm. Install the upper spindle nuts.
Tighten the spindle nuts to 62 ft. lbs. (84 Nm).
Align the spindle to the numerical setting and marked location on the frame bracket and plate so the same setting and location is maintained.
After installation, measure the wheel alignment and adjust if necessary.
5. Replace the wheels; install the lug nuts.
Tighten the lug nuts to 74 ft. lbs. (100 Nm).
