a. Use lubricant around the window opening edges.
b. Hold the glass from both its inner and outer surfaces while tilting it towards the hinge side of the door. Push it in from outside the door frame
and place on the glass mounting bracket of the regulator assembly.
c. Install quarter glass carefully. Use lubricant around the window opening edges. Hold the glass from both its inner and outer surfaces. While
tilting it towards the hinge side of the door, push it in from outside the door frame.
NOTE: Make sure that the glass edges of both the quarter glass and the door glass are properly fitted into the quarter glass channel and the
window edge.
Quarter Glass
3. Install one screw and one bolt on the quarter glass channel.
Tighten one bolt to 97 lb-in (11 N.m).
4. Install two glass mounting bolts on the window regulator.
Tighten two bolts to 53 lb-ft (6 N.m).
5. Make glass adjustments as necessary.
6. Install the plastic screen on the door frame. Make sure to pull out door lock knob rod and inside door handle rod of the door lock assembly from
the plastic screen.
7. Install the pull handle bracket with two retaining screws.
8. Move window glass to the maximum upper position.
9. Install trim.
