Install the two (2) Lock Plate retaining bolts and lockwashers then torque to the specified torque.
Lock Plate Bolt Torque: 48 60 in. lbs

Using snap ring pliers, reinstall the axle shaft spacer then re-install the snap ring.
12.
Ensure that the Manual Locking Hub lever is in the "FREE" position then apply a thin coat of silicone sealer to the Hub mounting surface.
13.
Install the Manual Locking Hub onto the front axle hub then re-install the six (6) bolts and lockwashers (previously removed in step 3 above).
Tighten the six (6) Manual Locking Hub Bolts evenly using a "Star" pattern to the specified torque.
Manual Locking Hub Bolt Torque:
Initial Torque: 14 ft. lbs.
Final Torque:
23 ft. lbs.
