30. Connect the brake booster vacuum line to the plenum chamber connector.
31. Install the air intake hose assembly.
32. Install and tighten the one bolt for the air intake hose bracket.
33. Install the bolts for the mass air flow sensor bracket and tighten.
34. Connect the mass air flow sensor electrical connector.
35. Tighten the air intake hose clamp at the air cleaner.
36. Tighten the air intake hose clamp at the throttle body.
37. Connect the accelerator cable.
38. Install and tighten the two bolts for the accelerator cable bracket.
Accelerator cable free play: 0.120 inch (3.0 mm).
39. Install and tighten the two bolts for the air intake hose assembly.
40. Install the four breather hoses onto the air duct assembly.
41. Connect the negative battery terminal.
42. Refill the cooling system.
43. Start the vehicle and check for leaks.
