SPORTAGE MANUAL LOCKING HUB INSTALLATION PREPARATION:

Inspect all parts for damage prior to installation.

Review installation procedures before attempting Manual Locking Hub installation.

WARNING: 

WHEN USING A FLOOR JACK, DO NOT GET UNDER THE VEHICLE. ALWAYS USE SAFETY STANDS TO SUPPORT THE VEHICLE
WEIGHT AND WHEEL CHOCKS TO KEEP THE VEHICLE FROM ROLLING. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR
DEATH. WHEN USING A HOIST, MAKE SURE THAT THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE VEHICLE ARE PROPERLY POSITIONED AND
THE HOIST ARMS ARE SET AS WIDE AS POSSIBLE.

Installation Procedure

1.

Raise the vehicle until the front tires are off the ground.

2.

Beginning with the left side, remove the five wheel (5) lug nuts then remove the tire/wheel assembly.
