Remove (and keep) the center channel upper mounting screw.

8.1.

Remove (and keep) the center channel lower mounting bolt.

9.

Carefully, push the quarter window down approximately 3 to 4 inches.

10.

Pull the door glass run down at the center and continue to pull it out of the door window frame.
