Replacement
REPLACEMENT
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the heater unit
3. Disconnect the connectors from the fresh and recirculation actuator, the blower relay, the blower motor and power MOSFET.
Remove the self-tapping screws (A), the mounting nut (B), the mounting bolt (C) and the blower unit (D).
NOTE:
Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower and duct joints.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
