Repair Procedures

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable and wait for at least three minutes before beginning work.
2. Remove the following parts .

A. Front and rear seat
B. Interior trim
C. Trunk trim
D. Headlining

3. Disconnect the connector (A).
4. After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the curtain airbag (B).

NOTE:
After installing the curtain airbag, confirm proper system operation: Turn the ignition switch ON; the SRS indicator light should be turned on for
about seconds and then go off.
