6. Remove the five shroud bolts.
7. Remove the radiator bracket bolts and lift the radiator upward.
8. Send the entire radiator to a radiator repair shop for repair.
Inspection
Check the following points. Repair or replace if necessary.
1. Cracks, damage, or water leakage.
2. Bent fins (repair with a screwdriver).
3. Distorted or bent radiator inlet or outlet.
Installation
1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
Position the hose clamps in the original location on the hose.
2. Replace the coolant.
3. Start the engine. Let it come to operating temperature. Add additional coolant as required.
4. Install radiator cap and check for leaks.
