DISASSEMBLE OR REPAIR THE AIR BAG MODULES.

ANY ATTEMPT TO ADAPT, RE-USE OR INSTALL AN AIR BAG MODULE OR ITS COMPONENTS IN ANOTHER VEHICLE MAY
RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH TO THE VEHICLE OCCUPANTS IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.
Installation
WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT THE ADU CONNECTOR BEFORE INSTALLING THE ADU SECURELY. THE SHOCK OF
INSTALLATION OR PINCHING THE WIRING HARNESS BETWEEN THE ADU AND ITS MOUNTING POINTS CAN CAUSE THE AIR
BAGS TO DEPLOY, WHICH MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.
1. Install the ADU on the three mounting studs and attach the ground leads to the left front stud. Install the four nuts and torque to specification.
Torque: 10 - 12 ft-lbs (15 - 18 N.M)
2. Securely connect the wiring harness to the ADU and swing the lock tab down into its lock position.
3. Place carpeting into its proper position.
4. Install the front console and its three mounting screws (one each side at lower front and one at center rear).
5. Install the rear console and its two mounting screws (two rear).
6. Connect battery.
