Power Mirror Motor: Testing and Inspection
Driver Door Mirror Motor
1. Disconnect the driver's door mirror motor.
2. With the ignition switch "ON," check for battery voltage between the harness connector terminals and ground, as indicated below.
3. If the voltages are not as specified, check the power mirror switch.
4. If the voltages are as specified, replace the driver's door mirror motor.
1. Remove the power mirror switch.
2. Check for continuity between the power mirror switch terminals using an ohmmeter
3. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the remote control mirror switch.
