Wheel Cylinder: Service and Repair
Installation

1. Install wheel cylinder and tighten the two mounting bolts to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.).

NOTE:  Apply a sealant (RTV silicone) around the wheel cylinder mounting holes.

2. Apply grease to wheel cylinder contacts points.
3. Install brake line to wheel cylinder, then tighten line nut to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
4. Install brake shoes, brake drum, and wheel.
5. Add brake fluid and bleed brakes. See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair
6. Check for fluid leakage.
