Install the new suction hose onto the A/C compressor using one (1) existing bolt, then torque the bolt to specification.
Tightening Torque:
18 ft-lb (24 N.m)

Connect the suction hose to the suction pipe, then use two (2) wrenches to tighten the fitting to specification.
Tightening Torque (suction hose to suction pipe):
24 ft-lb (33 N.m)
12.
Route the A/C compressor clutch wire around the suction hose as shown, then reconnect the A/C compressor clutch electrical connector.
13.
Reinstall the evaporative emissions canister.
