Install the new cooling fan onto the fan pulley using four (4) existing nuts.
* NOTICE
Hand tighten the nuts, but do not attempt to torque the nuts at this time.
14.
Adjust generator drive belt tension using the adjusting bolt.
Generator Drive Belt Deflection:
0.27-0.35 in (7.0-9.0 mm) at 22 lb.
(98N) of force
15.
Tighten tensioner mounting bolt to specification.
Tightening Torque:
14-19 ft-lb 19-26 (N.m)
16.
Tighten the generator pivot bolt to specification.
Tightening Torque:
