Oil Pressure Warning Lamp/Indicator: Description and Operation
Oil Pressure Warning
With the ignition switch in "ON" or "START," battery voltage is supplied from the "METER" fuse to the low oil pressure indicator in the instrument
cluster. The indicator is grounded through the oil pressure switch whenever the oil pressure is below 4 psi (29 kPa). The bulb illuminates to warn the
driver.
