Tighten the four (4) cooling fan mounting nuts.
Tightening Torque:
24 ft-lb (32.6 N.m)
18.
Reinstall the clamp onto the new fresh air duct then connect the fresh air duct to the air cleaner housing inlet and tighten the clamp.
19.
Reinstall the hose between the fresh air duct and the resonance chamber.
20.
Secure the fresh air duct to the radiator using two (2) existing bolts.
* NOTICE
One of the bolts now retains both the fresh air duct and the new radiator cowling.
A/C Compressor Installation (1995 Models Only)
A/C Compressor Replacement Procedure
(1995 Models only):
Installation
1.
Install the new A/C compressor mounting bracket using one (1) new 10x35 mm bolt and three (3) new 10x45 mm bolts. Torque the bolts to
specification.
Tightening Torque:
32 ft-lb (43 N.m)
* NOTICE
Install the shorter (10x35 mm) bolt in the lower mounting bracket hole as shown.
