Reinstall air intake pipe and resonator chamber assembly using a new throttle body gasket. Tighten throttle body bolts to 16 ft-lb and air intake
pipe to valve cover bolts to 5 ft-lb.
Install and tighten resonator chamber bolt to valve cover bracket.
28.
Reinstall flexible air intake hose onto air intake pipe and tighten screw clamp.
29.
Reconnect IAC connector, PCV hose to surge tank, and injector shroud air and crankcase fresh air hoses to air intake pipe.
Note:
On 1997 vehicles, reattach EGR vent and vacuum hoses.
