Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Raise the rear seat to a vertical position.
2. Pull up on the carpet flap covering the fuel tank sending unit. Pull it back to gain access to the fuel tank sending unit pump and disconnect the fuel

tank sending unit connector.

3. Remove the four (4) fuel pump access cover screws and remove fuel pump access cover.

4. Disconnect the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Connector, then remove the retainer nut, and remove the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor from the fuel tank

sending unit mounting plate.
