Sportage EX 2WD L4-2.0L (1997)
2. Remove the bearing races and thrust bearing.
3. Install the direct clutch input hub and snap ring.
4. Install the forward clutch to O/D case. Apply 58 - 116 psi (10.4 - 20.7 kg/cm2) air pressure into the fluid hole at the right of cut-out in O/D case
and measure movement of forward clutch piston.
Forward clutch piston stroke: 0.056-0.088 inch (1.40-2.24 mm)
NOTICE: If measured value is not within standard range, inspect clutch plates and clutch discs.
