1. Align the fixed cam key with the lock nut groove and push on fixed cam assembly.

2. Put spacer on the axle, then using suitable snap ring pliers, install axle retainer snap ring. Apply grease to both ends of the snap ring.
3. Apply sealant to free wheel hub body mounting surface.

4. Install hub and tighten six bolts, in two passes, in the order shown.

First pass: Tighten hub mounting bolts to 14 ft. lbs. (17 Nm).
Second pass: Tighten hub mounting bolts to 23 ft. lbs. (31 Nm).
