SITUATION:
DE-LAMINATION OF THE HEADLINING
The customer may complain that the headlining cover has come away from its foam backing. This condition can occur as the result of a combination of
heat and humidity.
RESOLUTION:
INSTALL NEW HEADLINER COMPONENTS
New components have been introduced into production that can be retrofitted into earlier variants following the procedures in this TIB.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
INSTALLATION OF HEADLINER COMPONENTS
1.
If all liner elements are to be replaced, remove old headliner components.

Refer to RAVE Workshop Manual, repair number 76.64.10, and remove front section of headliner.

If fitted, remove the 15 trim fasteners securing the intermediate headlining to the roof panel.
^
Release the intermediate headlining from the front and rear headlining sections.
^
Move the intermediate headlining over the side finishers and remove from the vehicle.
