Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair
INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REPLACE
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Position steering wheel for access.
3. Remove screws securing trim panel, then the panel.
4. Disconnect instrument cluster lighting rheostat connector.
5. Remove instrument cluster attaching screws, then the cluster by pulling lower panel brackets downward and outward.
6. Disconnect instrument connectors on rear of cluster, noting their positions.
7. Carefully remove cluster to prevent damage.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
