SITUATION:
NO MIL ILLUMINATION FOR PURGE VALVE FAULT
A software error within the GEMS ECM prevents MIL illumination in the event of a purge valve failure.
RESOLUTION:
INSTALL UPDATED EPROM
All vehicles within the affected range are to have a revised EPROM fitted to the GEMS ECM following the procedures in this TIB.
