Drill a small pilot hole at each mark. Carefully drill each hole to the correct size 17/64 in (7 mm). It is important that the holes are not drilled
oversize as the new clips (AFU3711L) will not fit correctly. The drill has a stop on it to prevent the drill from going in too deep, as this would
damage the external hood surface. CAREFULLY COMPLETE This STEP TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE.

Clean away any debris from the hood panel. Fit the new hood liner (AWR4148) to the hood and secure it using the new retaining clips
(AFU3711L). Again ensure that the liner is fitted into dips at the rear of the hood and that the new retaining clips are pushed in completely.

7.

Remove the cover from the engine bay and close hood.
