REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.
Connect TestBook and retrieve codes.
2.
Complete a DTCR complete with freeze4rame data.
3.
Check the fuel level sensor for output within 0.196v-4.8v.
4.
Check fuel gauge operation.
5.
If no problem is found with the sensor and the fuel gauge functions properly FAX DTCR to GEMS HelpLine for approval of PROM replacement.
5.
After PROM replacement, reset engine adaptations and set Base Idle to give an IACV position of 20-25 steps.
