Refer to the illustrated schematic and chart to determine where a miscommunication between the Theft Alarm Unit and the GEMS unit may have
occurred. A poor connection in any of the circuits shown in the schematics may be the cause.

Verify that the following areas are carefully inspected:

All connectors are properly latched

All terminals inside connectors are properly seated and that no terminals are backed out of the connector

Check for deformed female terminals that may cause an intermittent fault
