REPAIR PROCEDURE

INSPECT FOR LATCH PROBLEM CAUSE AND REPAIR AS REQUIRED

NOTE: 

Repeated locking and unlocking of the doors will cause the system to temporarily shut down.

Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage as follows:

If an obvious cause for a reported or observed concern is found, correct the cause before proceeding through this bulletin.

Check door profiles for alignment and striker position to latch.

Check the handle operation, linkage rods and cables for integrity and operation.

^

Check related fuses/relays and all electrical connectors by disconnecting and reconnecting them on the window switch pack and door latch etc.
