Reconnect the battery ground cable.

Fill the transmission with the collected fluid in the clean container during disassembly. Top up for fluid loss in the process.

After completion of the repair, on a suitable slope, check the vehicle is held stationary by the transmission alone when gear position "P" is
selected.
