Installation
1. Connect the heater core inlet and outlet pipes.

Install the new O-ring seals.
^
Position and secure in the clips.
2. Install the heater core.
^
Install the heater core.
^
Secure in the 2 clips.
3. Install the TXV assembly.
^
Install new O-ring seals.
^
Install the bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).
^
Tighten the screws.
4. Install the climate control assembly.
