Air Door Actuator

REMOVE

-

Disconnect the battery negative lead.

-

Remove the transmission lever surround.

-

Remove the radio mounting console.

-

Remove the center dash unit and the lower dash panel.

Vacuum Controls

-

Remove the vacuum hose (8) from the vacuum unit (11).

-

Remove the actuating rod securing clip (9).

-

Remove two nuts (10) and washers and withdraw the vacuum unit.

REFIT

-

Reverse procedure.
