7. Using a mallet, tap the ball joints (15) in the direction indicated so that both pins are in the same angular plane.
8. Tighten the clamp bolts (16) to 14 Nm (10 ft lb).
9. Reverse 1 and 2.
CAUTION: A new drag link must be fitted if the existing drag link is damaged or bent. No attempt should be made to repair or straighten it.
