Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Service and Repair

Glass Panel - Sun Sliding Roof

Service Repair No - 76.84.03

Remove

1. Open sunroof blind.
2. Operate switch to raise sunroof fully.

3. Carefully release upper edges of gaiters from sunroof glass.
4. Release front lower ends inward and slide gaiters forward to remove from sunroof.
5. Remove 6 Torx screws securing sunroof glass and remove the sunroof glass.

Refit

1. Fit sunroof glass, fit Torx screws but do not tighten at this stage.
2. Align sunroof glass to roof panel.
3. Fit gaiter to sunroof, starting with rear end first.
4. Fit gaiters to sunroof glass.
