Rear Window Inoperative - Repair Procedure

AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE

CONDITION SUMMARY:

Situation: 

A rear door window may be inoperative. The Body Control Module (BCU) configuration file should include a timer that starts on the activation of the
window regulator motor. If the regulator motor is held active over eight seconds the timer will be exceeded and the motor will become disabled for
protection. The timer is missing from some configuration files within the affected VIN range, allowing a window regulator motor to become disabled
under certain operating conditions.

Action: 

In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined in this bulletin to replace the disabled rear door window regulator
and re-configure the BCU.
