SERVICE ACTION

Inaccurate Fuel Gauge Reading at "Full"

AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:

New Range Rover (LM)

SITUATION:

FUEL GAUGE READS BELOW THE FULL MARK

Vehicles within the above VIN range require a software update. An error within the instrument pack software causes an incorrect fuel gauge level
reading when the fuel tank is actually filled to capacity.

RESOLUTION:

PROGRAM INSTRUMENT PACK

NOTE:

This Service Action is for un-sold vehicles held in Retailer inventory only.

Prior to the delivery of the vehicle to the customer, re-configure the instrument pack following the procedure outlined below using TestBook/T4 CD
Range Rover 10.

PARTS INFORMATION:

AS400 WARRANTY CLAIMS:

H136 (Option A)

Re-configure Instrument pack

H136 (Option B)

Time 0.40 hrs.
Re-configure Instrument pack - Included Drive-in/Drive-out Time

DDW WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Warranty claims should be submitted quoting program code B136 together with the option code. This will result in payment of stated time and where
applicable parts/miscellaneous expense.
