*INSTALL NEW PULLEY

1.

Refer to RAVE section 86.10.03 for affected vehicle and remove the auxiliary drive belt.

2.

Remove bolt securing the RH idler pulley below the tensioner assembly.

3.

Remove and discard the idler pulley.

4.

Clean area around pulley mount and ensure mounting threads are clear of debris.

5.

Install the new idler pulley and tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 lbf.ft).

6.

Install the auxiliary drive belt following RAVE procedures.*
