4. Using a depth micrometer, measure depth from sensor mating face to 'trigger' tooth. Record measurement.
5. Measure length of CKP sensor between tip and mounting face dimension 'A' Record dimension.
6. Subtract length of CKP sensor from sensor mating face to 'trigger' both dimension and record the resulting gap. the Air gap should be adjusted to
0.55 mm ± 0.2 (.022 in ± .0080) using available shims.
7. Fit shim to CKP sensor if required Align CKP sensor to casing fit bolt and tighten to 10 N.m (7 lb.ft).
8. Connect CKP sensor multiplug.
9. Connect battery earth lead.
10. If a replacement sensor has been fitted re-set adaptions using TestBook/T4.
