Four-Zone Air Conditioning Pipe Locating Stud Broken

CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation:
The air conditioning (A/C) system may be inoperative. This may be caused by the four-zone rear suction pipe front bulkhead joint being disconnected
due to a broken locating stud, causing a refrigerant leak.
Action:
In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to replace the evaporator to intermediate pipe.

1. Refer to Workshop Manual (GTR) section 412-00, Climate Control System - General Information, and recover the A/C system.
2. Refer to Workshop Manual (GTR) section 412-01, Air Distribution and Filtering (80.15.62), and remove the plenum chamber.
