Depending on door latch switch state, the doors may lock when the battery is connected. Be sure to have a door open before connecting the
battery.

Connect battery and test operation.

Make sure window does not contact wiring when raised or lowered.

Test key operation.

Test sill button operation. 

NOTE:

If the central door locking system does not work with the sill button, check two-cavity door latch connector.

Test interior release operation. Test exterior release operation.

Pull the interior release handle to the full extent of travel. If the cable disconnects from the lever, Refer to TIB H377 and repair.

7.

Install water curtain. Repair or replace if required.

8.

Install inner door panel as per WSM section 76.

9.

Reset sunroof, windows and radio code.

10.

Synchronize remote.
