To reduce the effort required to open the rear doors from the outside, a redesigned door latch and handle have been introduced starting at VIN 350710.
To address Customer complaints, a new latch and handle can be fitted to vehicles prior to VIN 350710 by following the procedure below.

The diagnostic steps and repair procedures detailed in this bulletin were developed as an element of the Land Rover Way OPERATION PRIDE. This
TIB provides a library location for PRIDE information within the Land Rover North America technical literature system.

ACTION REQUIRED

Upon customer complaint for the symptoms outlined, perform the specialized repairs.
