DETAIL

The following modification disables fog lamp illumination whenever the head lamp high beam is selected. The modification includes a special link
harness used in conjunction with a latching fog lamp switch. The BeCM is reprogrammed to "no fog lamps fitted" using the Test Book BeCM
Reprogramming icon. All front lights will illuminated during the "flash to pass" mode.

ACTION REQUIRED

All 1995 Model Year Range Rover 4.0 SE's sold in the State of Pennsylvania require this modification. Follow the procedure below to install the service
kit.

Harness Installation.

1)

Disconnect the vehicle's battery.

2)

Remove the passenger's seat base trim to gain access to the BeCM.
