Loosely refit guide pin bolt.

5.

Remove two bolts securing caliper to carrier and discard bolts.

6.

Tie caliper aside, ensuring brake hose is not stressed.

7.

Remove screw securing disc. Remove disc.

8.

Using wire brush, remove corrosion from mating surfaces. Clean with suitable solvent.

9.

Remove three bolts (Figure 2). Remove disc shield.

10.

Release ABS sensor harness from brackets on axle and hub (Figure 3).

11.

Release sensor from hub.

12.

Remove sensor bush.
